How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, depending on your location. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. If you're outside those regions, reach out to Support@resetter.shop and we'll let you know if we can help.

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return your massager if it's unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used units — so if you're unsure, reach out to us with questions before opening the box.

How do I start a return?

Email Support@resetter.shop with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send items back without requesting a return first, as we won't be able to accept them.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't seen the refund, contact us and we'll look into it.

Using Your Massager

How does the Reset massager work?

It uses air compression technology, inflating and releasing chambers around your legs and feet to boost circulation and relieve tension — similar to a professional compression massage.

Is it safe to use every day?

Yes, it's designed for daily use. We recommend sessions of 15–30 minutes for best results.

Who shouldn't use this product?

As with any compression device, check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, have a history of blood clots or deep vein thrombosis (DVT), untreated heart conditions, or open wounds or skin infections on your legs or feet.

What plug options are available?

The massager is available with a US, EU, or UK plug, or as a fully rechargeable cordless version — handy if you travel.
